Great location, stunning views from the apartments, beautiful gardens that have transformed over time, plenty of affordable dining options nearby. Convenient amenities like a washing machine in the room, a good-sized TV with British channels, and WiFi. Clean pool and friendly staff at the pool bar and shop. a wonderful place to stay.

During my transit travel, I stayed at Borinquen Private Homes in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife. The location of the apartment was highly convenient as it was only 18 km away from the nearest airport. the database provided by the hotel included self-catering facilities, which allowed for flexibility and independence during my stay.
There were several maintenance issues in the apartment, including a broken safe, leaking cistern, and a dangerous broken socket in the kitchen.

I recently stayed at Borinquen and had an amazing time. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views and beautiful gardens. It was only a short walk to the sea and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby that didn't break the bank. The apartment itself was clean and had everything I needed, including a washing machine and a balcony with a lovely sea view. The pool area was clean and inviting, with friendly staff at the pool bar and shop. a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay again.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The apartment was amazing - it had a cozy seating area with a comfy sofa where we could relax and watch our favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with a microwave was perfect for preparing our meals. Plus, the private terrace offered stunning sea views, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a drink. As a guest who enjoys comfort and convenience, I couldn't have asked for more!
The only downside for me was that some units did not have a balcony or terrace with sea or pool views. But hey, it's just my personal preference, and I'm sure many others would still enjoy their stay without it.
